Welcome New Recruits! 04/27/24 - IAFF Local S-6 Airport Fire has hit another milestone recently! We added an extra firefighter to each shift, bringing staffing up to 16 firefighters on all three shifts. We also welcome 5 great firefighters to our team: Sam Kitzmann, Seth Patchen, Matt Allard, Ryan Kiernan, and Josh Gaffke.

Ontario Immediate Family Wellness Program 04/05/24 - OPFFA On April 5th, the Ontario government announced its $3.18 million investment in the Ontario Immediate Family Wellness Program.  This program is aimed at supporting the families of first responders who are killed in the line of duty or have died by suicide.  The funding will provide free rapid bereavement counselling for up to two years following the death of a loved one.
